Coelogyne fimbriata grows from sea level to 5000 feet. It is native to Nepal, China, across and down to Malaysia, this range hints at its variability and also its adaptability and why it is so easily cultivated. It is a rambler with small 1 1/2 inch, fragrant flowers, a real cutey. It does best at intermediate temps and shady light, moist in summer during its growing spurt and slightly dryer in winter.
